Emily Sullivan DMSc, PA-C

Emily Sullivan is a Doctorate Physician Assistant PA-C who graduated with her Doctorate degree in Medical Science with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at Lynchburg University.  She obtained her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2007 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is originally from Minnesota where she achieved a Bachelors of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Minnesota. She also received her Doctorate of Medical Science with a concentation in Healthcare Administration from the University of Lynchburg in VA. Emily worked for over 10 years as a Hospitalist at Parkland Medical Center as well as Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital in New Hampshire where she focused on admitting, rounding-on, and discharging people with various medical issues. During this time, she realized that many of the men and women she treated were looking for aesthetic solutions for their skin and bodies. Recognizing this strong demand for aesthetic procedures from a licensed and trained medical professional, she decided to broaden her scope of expertise to include aesthetic medical procedures and founded The Concord MedSpa in 2015.

Emily lives in New Hampshire with her husband, 5 children, and 2 dogs. She is an accomplished painter, loves to run, and has completed 6 marathons. She and her family enjoy being outside, traveling when time allows, and spending time in the Lakes Region.

Dr. Jason Emmick, MD

Dr. Emmick has worked with the Concord Medspa since its inception and provides collaborative services. He is a family medicine and pediatric practitioner in Raymond NH and provides hospitalist coverage at Elliot hospital in Manchester, NH. Jason has four children and lives with his wife in Auburn and enjoys running, reading, story telling, and hanging out with his family in his spare time.

Elizabeth Laflame DMSc, PA-C

Elizabeth Laflame is a Doctorate Physician Assistant PA-C who graduated with her Doctorate degree in Medical Science from the Massahusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.  She also obtained her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from this University.  She has been employed at Concord Hospital for many years as a registered nurse and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Concord Medspa. She has two children and loves to cook and bake for her family.  She and her husband are also world travelers and Elizabeth has lived in London.

Kristen Blanchard, RN, Charge Nurse

Kristen has worked as a Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department in the Lakes Region since 2014. This is where her love for medical procedures and injecting started. Her passion lies in assisting her patients to look and feel their very best. She prides herself in helping her patient's achieve their aesthetic goals by actively listening to their needs and concerns.

Kristen lives in the white mountains with her husband and two young girls. She enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time on the lake with her family.

Nicole Bemis, LPN, Charge Nurse

Nicole Bemis, the Keene Charge nurse  joined the team by hitting the ground running. She is extremely proficient at all services she provides, especially Cool Sculpting, Botox, and fillers. She has an extensive background in Dermatology and plastic surgery so has most likely dealt with any skincare or aging issue a patient presents with. She is from Long Island and is a funny quirky cat mom with a husband named “Owl”.

Olivia Hebert, RN, Education Coordinator

Olivia has been an RN since 2014, starting her career as a critical care nurse in the ICU and then transitioning to the Emergency Department at Speare Memorial Hospital. She has always had an interest in art and science which has led her to aesthetic nursing. Her passion for helping others is at the forefront of her practice. She takes pride in her attention to detail and enjoys helping others find confidence through beauty and self-care. A life long NH resident, Olivia enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, hiking, skiing, and horseback riding.

Kelsey Picknell, RN

Kelsey has been a registered nurse for many years and has worked in the float pool at Catholic Medical Center and has also been a travel nurse, working all across the country. She has been in Medical aesthetics since 2023 and enjoys seeing patients and helping them achieve natural results that lead to appearing refreshed. She is a worldly traveler and loves hanging out with her dog Marvin who is a rescue.

Meredith Wells, RN

Meredith is a Labor Delivery and Postpartum Nurse. Besides helping families bring their children into the world she has always had a love for aesthetics. Meredith’s passion for aesthetics has brought her onto to the Concord Medspa team, where she hopes to bring her compassion and professionalism to the ever expanding world of aesthetic medicine. She is dedicated to blend the art of aesthetics and the science in nursing to empower individuals to find self love, and feel confident in their own skin. Her goal is to always ensure a comfortable, safe, and positive experience to her clients. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her daughter and family, she likes to read and spend time outdoors. Meredith is ecstatic to meet you and work with you to achieve your unique aesthetics goals!

Lea Vanasse, Licensed Esthetician

Lea started her passion for skincare in her early twenties when she started seeing signs of aging.  She was determined to learn more about ingredients and ways to fix broken skin barriers.  She graduated from the esthetics course at American Academy of Health and Beauty in March of 2023.  Lea's goal in this career is to help her clients feel confident in their skin and recommend medical grade skincare to reach their full potential in their skincare goals.  In her free time, Lea enjoys making candles, going on nature walks, and cooking and baking. 

Riley Chamberlin, Reception

Riley joined our team as our receptionist and she is an amazing resource for patients when they are greated by her, answering questions abut our services and enabling patients to get scheduled with our providers.  Riley is proficient at recommending skincare to take home to continue at-home treatment, and has a wealth of first hand experience with many of our services, which means she can provide a first hand account of what to expect during treatments.  One of Rileys favorite trips was to New Mexico to see the annual balloon festival and she loves seeing live music during her time off of work.

Leigh Plourde, Practice Manager

Leigh is the Practice Manager for The Concord MedSpa.  Leigh's passion for beauty and people led her to pursue her role at The Concord MedSpa.  Working with people has always been a passion of hers so getting to interact and connect with patients on a personal level as well as through social media is a dream.  She is originally from New Hampshire and still calls this wonderful state her home. She is also employed at The Village Trestle in Goffstown, NH and is working towards her degree at Southern New Hampshire University.  Leigh loves fitness, working out, and being a mom to her 2 boys.
